Great experience every step of the way. We were trying to secure a lease in a competitive market. Communication was great all along the way. David came highly recommended and for a good reason. He has now assisted with the purchase on two of my properties. He is highly responsive and acts very quickly. The first property went without a hitch. Fast closing and David made the process very easy for a first time home buyer.
